Worship

Our Passion: a Church of England church offering a range of different worship styles

Worship is an opportunity us to show God how much we love Him and are
thankful for all He does in our lives. It can include music, spoken word, prayer and presentation style.

We are delighted to offer a good variety of worship styles in our churches:
• Lively modern services with a music group and informal atmosphere
• Traditional service with hymns, organist and robed choir
• Quiet, spoken Communion service from 1662 Book of Common Prayer.

Plus once a month on a Sunday evening:
• A formal service of Holy Communion, or

• Traditional Choral Sung Evensong or Compline (night prayer, one the oldest Christian services dating back to the 6th century).

If you would like to contribute to our worship – through the choir or the music group please see: PRACTICAL/coming together.

“My love for the Lord, and the church family, enables me to enjoy ALL of the services – traditional/quiet/reflective/or lively,(although I never manage to get to the early 8am service!)

and I enjoy singing in the choir.”
